1. Digital Gold & Silver Transactions
All digital gold and silver purchases made on our platform represent real physical metal weight stored securely with our vault custodians:
- Gold purity is guaranteed at 99.9% (24 Karats) and Silver at 99.9% purity.
- All purchase prices listed are inclusive of live gold market rates and exclusive of statutory GST (currently 3%), which is added during checkout.
- Purchased weight is credited instantly upon successful payment clearance.
2. Redemption & Conversion
You can request physical redemption of your digital holdings:
- Holders can exchange digital balances for hallmarked jewellery or standard gold/silver coins at any of our 2+ branches.
- Making charges, design charges, and physical delivery charges may apply at the time of redemption based on selected jewellery.
- Redemptions require strict user identity matching with the registered KYC files in the mobile app.
3. KYC Compliance
In compliance with anti-money laundering policies, users must submit standard KYC documents (such as PAN Card or Aadhaar) to trade above specific limits. Failure to supply accurate files may lead to temporary suspension of withdrawals.
4. Disclaimers & Risk Factors
Digital gold and silver rates fluctuate with global financial markets. Sri Sai Jewellers does not guarantee short-term profits. Users should carefully review market trends before investing.
5. Agreement Changes
Sri Sai Jewellers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Active users will be notified of major policy adjustments through in-app alerts or email. Continued use of the platform after updates implies agreement to revised terms.
